What we provide
Leadership development programs, organizational consulting, assessments, live events and briefings, coaching sessions, and related digital content.
Not professional advice
Our services are educational and developmental. Coaching is not therapy or counseling, and nothing we provide is medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or accounting advice. Assessment results are informational, based on your responses, and are not a guarantee or evaluation of any individual's employment.

- Payments are processed by third-party payment processors.

Coaching Session Reschedule & No-Show Policy
We understand life happens. If you need to reschedule a coaching session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance and we will happily accommodate you at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session will result in a partial charge of 50% of the session fee. If you miss a session without any advance notice (no-show), you may be charged the full session fee at our discretion, or offered a one-time reschedule as a courtesy. For challenges and events, cancellations allow you to reschedule for the next time we run that program. This policy is designed to be fair to those who are serious about their growth while deterring abuse of our time and availability.
Replay & Access Policy
Coaching Sessions: Recordings of your coaching sessions will be made available to you for download. Once downloaded, they are yours to keep. We will retain session recordings on our end for up to six (6) months following the end of your engagement, after which they may be deleted.
Events & Challenges: Replay access for events, challenges, and group programs is determined per program and will be communicated at the time of registration. Access windows and replay availability vary by program.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds for programs and services are handled on a case-by-case basis unless otherwise stated at checkout. For coaching engagements, cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund of that session or rescheduling at no cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session are subject to a partial charge as described in the Coaching Session Reschedule & No-Show Policy. For events and challenges, cancellations allow you to transfer your registration to the next available program run. No refunds are issued for no-shows to events or challenges. Specific refund terms for each program will be stated at the point of purchase.
Your account and conduct
You agree to provide accurate information, to use the services lawfully, and not to disrupt events, misuse community spaces, record sessions without permission, or infringe others' rights.

This section does not excuse payment obligations.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the parties' intentions.
