AP Business Collective, LLC ("APB," "we," "us") provides leadership development programs, assessments, events, and coaching for organizations and individuals. Information you provide
- Contact details you submit in forms: name, email address, phone number, organization, and role.
- Assessment and quiz responses, event registrations, and messages you send us.
- Purchase information for paid programs. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data such as pages visited, referral source, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies by our website and funnel platform.
How we use information
- To deliver what you asked for: assessment results, event access, bookings, program onboarding, and replies to your inquiries.
- To send service messages such as confirmations, receipts, and reminders.
- To send marketing emails you can opt out of at any time using the unsubscribe link.
- To improve our programs, content, and website experience.
- To meet legal, tax, and security obligations.
Text messaging (SMS)
- We send text messages only if you opt in—for example, event reminders or booking notifications.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who operate our platform and tools: website, CRM, and messaging platform (HighLevel/LeadConnector), payment processors, scheduling, and video conferencing.
- Professional advisors, and authorities when required by law.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it. You may request deletion sooner (see below).
